How we work
  • PHASE 1 - BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION
  • Choose a day and time that works for you to book your initial free consultation with a team member to discuss your business needs and goals. After consultation, we will provide you with a proposal tailored to your business specific.
  • PHASE 2 - BEGIN WORK
  • Upon acceptance of the proposal, you will be matched with a certified bookkeeper and tax professional who specializes in your particular industry. Your assigned bookkeeper will do all the categorization and reconciliation of your books.
  • PHASE 3 - MONTHLY CHECK-IN
  • After all accounting work is completed, the next step is to book a monthly check-in with your trusted Bookkeeping Consultant. This gives you the opportunity as a business owner to ask questions about your financials, and potential tax-saving opportunities and reviews your books.
  • PHASE 4 - YEAR END AND TAX PREPARATION
  • For all Books + Tax subscriptions, tax preparation is included for free so long as you remain a paying client for a minimum of four months or have prepaid for the year upfront.
